Terms & Conditions — TAMA Pickleball Tournament 2026

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of physical sports and agree to participate voluntarily.

Event Cancellation: TAMA reserves the right to cancel or modify the tournament due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Code of Conduct: All participants must maintain sportsmanship and respectful behavior. Violations may result in disqualification without refund.

Liability Waiver: Participants waive all claims against TAMA, its officers, and volunteers for any injuries or damages sustained during the tournament.

Media Release: TAMA may photograph or video record the event for promotional purposes. Participation constitutes consent.

Personal Belongings: TAMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
